Our story
LOKE has delivered technology to 1,000’s of operators globally
In 2014, LOKE was founded in Adelaide, Australia, by two foodies who believed in the power of food and drinks to connect people: Matt Khoury & Tom Booth.
Matt was six years old when he started helping in the kitchen of his family’s restaurants, cafes, and takeaway stores. He has Lebanese roots, so hospitality is in his DNA.
Tom’s passion for cooking, eating, and hosting comes from his Greek heritage. His famous BBQ lamb has been gathering friends and family for years.
We've visited thousands of brands worldwide, gathered feedback, and tested solutions from real experience.
As LOKE grew, so did our team—whose talent and passion made us pioneers in customer engagement. Together we tackle industry challenges, adapt to trends, and deliver innovative solutions.
